Make sure you have DH-MLM v3+ installed and have a paypal premier or business account.

Extract the files into the appropriate directories. 

Go to http://<www.yourdomain.com>/<youraffiliatedir>/paypalinstall.php
to populate the databse. Ensure that you remove paypalinstall.php once
you have run it once.

Then please follow these instructions:

Log into paypal and enable IPN. You'll be asked to enter a URL. Enter the following, replacing 
yourdomain.com with your domain and affiliatedir with the affiliate directory.
http://<www.yourdomain.com>/<affiliatedir>/paypalipn.php

When you log into the control panel, you will find a new link:
"Setup Paypal"

Click on this link and you will be brought to a screen where you are asked to select an item and to 
enter a payment URL.

This URL is the URL that Paypal gives you when you create a new product/ subscription.

Instructions to getting this URL follows:

1) Log into your paypal account

2) Click on Sell

3) Enter the Relevant info... ie. item name, item number and price.
Make sure that you enter the Item ID corresponding to the one you setup in DH-MLM under affiliate 
payment settings. Also make sure that the price you set here corresponds to the price you set for 
this item in DH-MLM. Otherwise the payment will always be rejected.

4) Click to add more options

5) For the successful completion URL, enter:
http://<www.yourdomain.com>/<affiliatedir>/paypalcomplete.php?itemid=xxxx
It's up to you whether you want to fill in the other fields, but they are not necessary.

6) Click on Finish and you will get the links.

7) Copy the Link for Emails text area into the Paypal payment URL field.

Once saved, you must redirect the customer to this URL for them to make the payment:
http://<www.yourdomain.com>/<affiliate dir>/startpaypal.php

Once the customer is brought to that URL, they will be redirected automatically to paypal to make
a payment. Once the payment has been approved, the information is stored into the DH-MLM database
immediately through the Paypal IPN.

If successful, the DH-MLM database is updated and if not, the customer will receive an error
message and their details will not be stored in the database.
