Ensure you have DH-MLM v2.1+ installed
Just copy the files into the relevant directories and over-write all existing files. 

Go to http://<www.yourdomain.com>/<youraffiliatedir>/customlinksinstall.php
to populate the databse. Ensure that you remove customlinksinstall.php once
you have run it once.

If you are installing the ad tracker, please ensure that the ad tracker is installed
prior to this add-on.

On admin page:

You should find a new link: Customise affiliate start pages
Click on it and you will be presented with a space to add a start page.
The pages you add here are the only pages that the affiliate can choose to link to when they retrieve their referral code.

Once you have added a possible start page for affiliates to use, you can choose to edit it or remove 
it. If someone is linking to that page and you remove it, the page will automatically go to the
default page instead of the page that used to be there.

On the affiliate control panel:

The linkcode generation will be changed such that the affiliate can specify what pages they want
to link to and if ad tracker is installed, they can choose this too.

If you are installing the Ad Tracker add-on, please make sure that the Ad Tracker add-on is installed first.
